We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and sometimes you may not be able to attend an event on the date you originally booked. That’s why we offer the Flexible Booking Add-on—a simple way to give you more peace of mind when planning your visit.

This optional service gives you extra flexibility. If you’re unable to attend due to one of the accepted circumstances listed in our terms, we’ll offer you an alternative date for your booking. If we can’t agree on a new date, we’ll issue a refund (excluding any booking fees).

• This add-on is not an insurance product and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
• It is managed solely by The British Bird of Prey Centre.
• Refunds only apply to the cost of your event ticket—other expenses like travel or accommodation are not included.
