- Programme Variation
The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to vary the content or format of any event, experience, course, or workshop without notice if necessary for animal welfare or health-related reasons. - Postponements
The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to postpone an experience with reasonable cause (e.g. dangerous or unsuitable weather conditions). If a reschedule is required, you will be offered an alternative date. While we will give as much notice as possible, this cannot always be guaranteed. Please note, The British Bird of Prey Centre cannot reimburse travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs in the event of cancellation or rearrangement. - Health & Safety
The British Bird of Prey Centre is not responsible for any injury or loss arising from a failure to follow safety instructions, safety requests, or proper use of equipment (such as the falconry glove) during the experience. - Entry to the Gardens
Entry to both the National Botanic Garden of Wales and The British Bird of Prey Centre is complimentary with your private experience booking. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by either venue, including the ‘7 Day Bounce Back’ or National Botanic Garden Memberships.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings and vouchers are non-refundable.
- An optional Flexible Booking Add-on can be purchased at the time of booking.
- Where purchased, this add-on provides flexibility in the event of unexpected circumstances such as:
- Accident, illness, injury, or bereavement
- Public transport disruption or vehicle breakdown
- Fire or burglary at your home
- Jury service or court summons

- Refund Requests
Where the Flexible Booking Add-on is purchased, any request for a refund will be assessed and administered by The British Bird of Prey Centre, subject to the circumstances meeting the criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions of the add-on. This service is not insurance and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. - Amendments
The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Voucher Policy
- All experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure they book and attend their experience within the voucher validity period.
- If a customer waits until late in the voucher’s validity to book and we are fully booked, we are under no obligation to offer an alternative or extend the expiry.
- Vouchers can be extended for up to 3 months (at an additional cost) beyond their original expiry as long as the extension is requested before the original expiry date.
- Extensions will be granted once only per voucher.
- No shows or expired vouchers without an approved extension are non-redeemable and will be considered forfeited.
